Yoga Nidra fans will love the Deep Relaxation Evenings that are hosted by Samantha at Orange Bloom Yoga in Hazel Grove.

In the Spring & Summer when the sun is shining you can enjoy doing special event outdoor classes in the fresh air out in nature.

Samantha also hosts Retreats in Wales at the incredible venue, Big House by the Sea.
