Qualified Yoga, Pilates & Dance Fitness Teacher.  Specialising in women’s health and pre & post natal Yoga.

I’d love to work with you if you want to take care of your physical & mental health as well as general wellbeing. I believe that fitness is not just about looking a certain way or being a certain size, but it’s about how you FEEL. I want to empower you to do exercise to take care of yourself, to have fun and for it to be part of a happy, healthy lifestyle.

I began dancing and performing from a young age, including prestigious charity events, the opening ceremony of the Commonwealth games 2002 & working as a performer in Disneyland Paris.

Teaching dance classes alongside a job working in aviation, I went on to qualify as a Fitness Instructor working in gyms and community venues. I went full time as a Fitness Instructor in 2018 teaching my own classes, then from 2020 the introduction of online too!
