AEROBICS

If you love “old skool” Aerobics, 80’s / 90’s style but with a modern twist, then you’ll love this class, it’s amazing fun! Think grapevines, box steps & mambo cha, cha, cha’s! 

We use brand new uplifting & energising modern music created by some of the best D.J’s just for our classes! 

This class will certainly get your heart pumping & your lips smiling. Fabulous for keeping in shape, burns body fat & increases the health of your heart.

Also, it’s great for keeping your mind in shape working with the choreography sections. Uplifting, energetic, a real boost for body & mind!

Perfect class to get “a bit of everything”, cardio exercise for a healthy heart & losing weight, body conditioning exercises for strengthening muscles & toning, and finishing with a lovely stretch for mobility, flexibility & cool down.

PILATES

This is a gentle Pilates session using traditional Joseph Pilates exercises & techniques to strengthen & tone.

Improve your posture & core. Tones all over your body & builds muscular strength.

Helps to ease back pain, increase joint mobility and stability.

Improve your general wellbeing. Suitable for mixed abilities, easy/medium level.

YOGA & RELAX

Enjoy this slow paced, easy to follow Hatha Yoga practice with influences from Yin Yoga, helping you to feel more relaxed & free in both body & mind. Perfect session to close your day & settle ready for a deep night’s sleep. 

We will begin with grounding, work into various Yoga asanas (poses) then there will be time for rest, relaxation & meditation at the end section of the practice.

Suitable for beginners to those who regularly practice. You have a choice of low, medium & high level options. 

YOGALATES

A brilliant mix of Yoga and Pilates exercises combined together so you get the best benefits of both in this medium/high intensity workout!

This class is brilliant for sculpting & toning, improving muscular strength & flexibility.

Including lots of my famous “Cheeky Challenges”, in this fabulous & fun session!

(Please note, not suitable for pre/postnatal ladies)

LIFT & TONE

Perfect if you want to trim, tone up & feel empowered!

Small weights + high reps.

High energy, uplifting music, happy vibes.

Medium/high level exercises. 

You will need………

 Something heavy – Dumb Bells / small hand weights & Yoga Mat for floor work

BARRE

Using a mix of Ballet, Pilates & conditioning exercises, this Masterclass is a fantastic way to tone, strengthen, improve posture & core stability.

You will need a Barre or high back chair/kitchen worktop to hold for balance.

A real fun & different way to mix up your workout routine!

PILATES “BALLS & BANDS”

This session is fabulous for toning, strengthening & conditioning the whole body.

We use both traditional PIlates and fitness exercises with various “props” like a small Pilates ball, resistance bands, foam rollers & yoga belts. Each class is different, so we may not use all of these in 1 class, but a good mix in each.

All abilities welcome as you will be given low, medium & high intensity options.

Not suitable for pre & post natal ladies.

FLEX

F L E X will improve your mobility, strength and flexibility in one motivating class. Set to great music in a workout that is upbeat, dynamic & fresh. Awesome, uplifting vibes!

F L E X Is a strength, mobility and flexibility class for today’s lifestyle.

The definition of the FLEX class is a workout for NOW. The very first workout created for the new normal.

F L E X includes progressive mobility, spiky ball and foam roller routines in segments.

(You can get these online if you’ve not already got them or you can use a tennis ball)

YOGA NIDRA & DEEP RELAXATION EVENING

Yoga Nidra or “Yogic sleep” is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, which is said to have many health benefits such as calming the nervous system, reducing stress/anxiety, and will help you have much deeper sleep.

It is a restful practice of deep relaxation and self discovery. During Yoga Nidra your body is still, you are not asleep, you are aware and awake on a spiritual level.

Everyone’s experience is different and likely to be responsive to the situation you are in. It can be a space to rest, find creativity, hear your inner voice, or an opportunity to connect with something greater than yourself.

I will begin by welcoming you and giving  time to ground and settle, then once the practice of Yoga Nidra begins you are lay still and relaxed.

You will need a quiet space in your home to sit or lie down, lots of people like to do this on their bed, feel free to turn your camera off. Comfy clothes (or even your P.J’s), perhaps have a scented candle/diffuser, a small pillow & blanket, a lovely warm drink like herbal tea afterwards. 

Clubbercise

CLUBBERCISE 

Join our Clubbercise Crew! Clubbercise is an aerobics/dance fitness class with simple to follow moves, UV & Disco lights, top club tunes (90’s-now), plus Glowsticks! 

It is a brilliant cardio class that is great for burning calories & body fat, as well as increasing the health of your heart.

It doesn’t matter if you get the wrong arm/leg, it’s all about having fun & keeping moving!

Exercise in disguise- we don’t sweat, we GLOW!

PREGNANCY YOGA

Gentle Yoga class for Mums-to-be in second & third trimester of pregnancy.

Class is designed to help support you through this special time & help prepare you for birth. It is a beautiful opportunity for you & baby bump to connect with each other and for you to meet other mums-to-be too.

For community based classes please bring your own Yoga mat as they are not provided. Feel free to bring anything else you’d like to such as Yoga blocks/bricks, small pillow, blanket and do remember to bring some water too.
