If you would like to have a pause from daily life, simply lie down, chill and be guided into a state of deep relaxation, then join us for YOGA NIDRA DEEP RELAXATION EVENING.

Yoga Nidra or “Yogic sleep” is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, which is said to have many health benefits such as calming the nervous system, reducing stress/anxiety, and will help you have much deeper sleep.

It is a restful practice of deep relaxation and self discovery. During Yoga Nidra your body is still, you are not asleep, you are aware and awake on a spiritual level.

Everyone’s experience is different and likely to be responsive to the situation you are in. It can be a space to rest, find creativity, hear your inner voice, or an opportunity to connect with something greater than yourself.

I will begin by welcoming you and giving  time to ground and settle, then once the practice of Yoga Nidra begins you are lay still and relaxed. Once the practice is complete you will be treated to a warming cup of herbal tea.

Classes are held monthly online, the last Tuesday evening of each month.
Plus, special events in local Yoga Studios.

Outdoor classes

In the Spring & Summer when the sun is shining you can enjoy doing special event outdoor classes in the fresh air out in nature.

Feel the sun on your face, the breeze on your skin, listen to the sounds around and the birds singing. Being truly present in the moment.

Samantha can plan, market, organise & host large events.

These are no ordinary retreats, you won’t have to get up early, you can choose meat, veggie or vegan food and you can bring alcohol. We do a mix of classes including uplifting dance fitness through to deep relaxation & meditation.

Gift yourself some time to rest, socialise, let your hair down & recenter.

The venue is Big House by the Sea in Wales. In this beautiful setting overlooking the sea on the west coast, this tranquil hideaway is the perfect spot for us to move, meditate, eat yummy food, and take advantage of the fabulous facilities this house has to offer.
