Originally trained as a Dance Teacher, she then moved into the Fitness world qualifying in Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness and Pre & Postnatal exercise.

Samantha always gives you relaxed vibes and uplifting positive energy in all your sessions. She totally understands that all our bodies are different, so you are given different levels to choose from. For those who want more….. She is famous for throwing in a “Cheeky Challenge”!
